Winiguard alert keeps coming up & unable to open regedit

hi there,
I have a few issues with my desktop.
A winiguard alert message keeps coming up even after i uninstalled the application. To get rid of it I read somewhere that I need to go to regedit & deleted winiguard stuff. But my regedit opens & closes very quickly on its own. So I cant even open regedit even though I have logged in as the administrator onto my pc.
Can you please help me with opening regedit.
Also get rid of winiguard.

FIREWALL INSTALLATION

firewall installation?
Please can anybody help me with this?
I just bought a firewall which I want to install on my network, but the problem here is that there was no firewall, and my server was connected direct to the satelite reciever and all the workstation are using this servers IP as gateway. the firewall need to be install just after the satelite reciever, in this case the firewall will take the place of the server, so the server is going to lost on the network, and the workstation cant join the server for their share folders internet etc.
