Default gateway problem

Hey, I am new to this forum and I was wondering if you guys could help?

I think my Default Gateway has a problem. I cannot click into some google links, msn wont sign in. I read somewhere its due to faulty microsoft registry and I am scared.

Is there anyway I can fix this?
