Allow Users to Access Specific Images

Hello Everyone,

I thought I'd throw this idea out to see if anyone had a unique perspective on this idea I have:

---Quote---
People go to event, people get picture taken by photographer (professional), photographer hands people card with where to see their picture.

User pulls up website, logs in with card id, accesses photo, determines what to do with it.
---End Quote---
So that's the general idea of the process involved that would help shape the site. My first idea was to have photographer hand out a unique id card everytime they click the button. When user enters their unique id, it matches the exact photo.

The problem with this technique is that if there is a one single error, the whole event goes to waste. Not cool .

2nd idea is go to with handing out cards that have some sort of code that points the person to the page number their on. Having it display about 20 photos and allowing them to pick out themselves.

Anyone have any thoughts on this, and if so how to do it?

Hijack This Log - Internet Explorer Hangs

Logfile of Trend Micro HijackThis v2.0.2
Scan saved at 7:59:44 PM, on 4/12/2009
Platform: Windows XP SP3 (WinNT 5.01.2600) - Media Center Edition
MSIE: Internet Explorer v8.00 (8.00.6001.18702)
Boot mode: Normal

Caught a virus (JS_Agent) from "chicagomission.com". Since then receiving "Generic Hist Process for Win32 Services has encountered a problem and needs to close" message after each reboot; Internet Explorer hangs; Outlook hangs; can not use Windows Command prompt (even in Safe Mode). Have run CCleaner & Glary Utilities; have scanned with Spybot, AVG Free 8.5, Malwarebytes, SUPER AntiSpyware, Norton AntiVirus 2009, Trend House Calls - each has found Trojans & removed them - PC still crippled.

internet close while watching the video.

my browser will suddenly stop accessing the internet a couple minutes after I watch or download videos. Its not all watched videos, for example I can watch you tube without it happening, but I was watching a newsreel today and it happened. It is all downloaded videos. What happens is after a couple minutes of downloading or watching, the download or stream will stop, and then any new page I try to access will not make any effort whatsoever to access the internet - ill press enter and within a split second the transaction info at the bottom will say done. If i close and restart my browser again, its connected until I watch a video again. i use internet explorer 7.0.
i updated my internet explorer.

USB Ports Disabled HELP!

My Windows USB ports have been disabled. Yes, all of them. I cant login to Windows to re-enable them because I only have USB ports on the computer, like most modern PCs do, and therefore cant use the keyboard to login to Windows. I can, however, use the keyboard in the system configuration, which leads me to believe it is a software problem with Windows. As soon as I reach the login in screen, no mouse or keyboard. I have tried Windows safemode, and no response. Apparently I plugged my Ipod into my computer and it over powered the USB ports and they disabled themselves to prevent them from burning out. I hope some computer-wiz out there can help with some way of fixing this horrid problem. Formatting the hardrive isnt an option either, because I will lose all my data :( . Please someone help me.

updates are not working

I noticed that the windows update feature was not working for me. The only advice i received was code 800736B2 - So I google it with no help at all, so i checked Microsoft.com and they also had no answer. So Im trying the helpful community! - I am also still waiting for an email back from them - not holding my breath too long though. I also received the error code 80070002, and i worked through the fix for that - still get it though, thought id mention it in case it was related to the 8007362 error code..help please.

Very unique issue with Windows XP

Ive been an avid admirer of Microsoft Windows for a couple of years now, and I have been using the OS without any actual problem that I cant fix myself. However, Ive come a across a situation which has now forced me to use the Windows 7 beta release because I am not able to use windows XP, which I am most comfortable with. Let me explain why -

The first OS i installed on my computer was Win XP SP2. When SP3 was released, I installed that one promptly. When Windows 7 Beta became available, I decided to give it a try and format my drive and installed the new OS. But since, I found that 7 was in beta, it was not completely reliable, so I switched back to XP.

When I switched back to XP (SP2), the installation went fine, and I was able to log on to windows without any problem. The issue started as soon as I installed my motherboard drivers. When I restarted my system after installing the drivers, a whole lot of errors started cropping up, especially the one with "data execution prevention" and "run a virus check" usually follows, and I wasnt able to run many programs, including "system" in the control panel. "data execution prevention" wouldnt allow me to run programs, which were mostly Windows native programs. At one point, windows totally stopped me from logging on. All I could run was the Task Manager.

I restarted my PC into safe mode to see if I could find any solution. However, the problem persisted and so, I change my installation disk to SP3, and reformatted my drive and reinstalled windows. The same problem crops up after installing the motherboard drivers, and now Im really baffled because this is my first experience of this kind after using Windows for so many years.

Please note that this problem does not arise with Windows 7 or Vista.

If anyone could help me solve this issue, Id be really grateful. Heres my System Configuration:

Intel core 2 Duo processor E4600 @ 2.40 GHZ
1 GB RAM
Currently running Windows 7 (without any issues)
2 SATA hard disks, 160 GB each
Windows Installation discs I use (that both installed correctly) - Windows XP SP2, and SP3
Motheboard - ASUS with NVIDIA Chipset
Drivers
-chipset -NVIDIA chipset driver 16.11 package for XP and 64bit XP.(WHQL)
-NVIDIA chipset driver 16.11 package for Vista and 64bit Vista.(WHQL)
-RIS -RIS 67.53 for MCP73.
-NDIS_542 -NDIS_542 for MCP73.
-Audio -Realtek Audio Driver V5.10.0.5490 for Windows XP 32/64bit (WHQL).
-Realtek Audio Driver V6.0.1.5490 for Windows Vista & 64bit Vista(WHQL).

Ipod Shuffle problem

My iPod shuffle will not respond to my PC. It was working fine a few days ago, but I wanted to add new songs and it wont connect to the computer. It doesnt show up in My Computer as a disk drive or in iTunes. When I plug it in it shows an orange light flashing on the front, which is suppose to mean its charging or syncing, but I get neither. The procedure is actually like this; Plug in and I get a green light. Then it flashes quick green, then blinking orange. My PC doesnt seem to recognize the iPod is trying to operate with the computer. What do I do to fix this?
