Running a batch file as win 32 application

I have a batch file. I want to run it as a win32 application. Please tell me if there is any script/mechanism to do it. I also want that whenever I restart my windows, this specific win32 application should start automatically.

By win32 application I mean that it should run as windows service. I am new to windows, so sorry if I m not clear with terminology
