Vista's User Account Control prompts

Hello. Most people find the UAC prompts annoying, however I do not. I find them a good idea. Although they do prompt you to "Continue". Is there a way to make it request a password/fingerprint? They way it is currently configured anyone can select "Continue" without realizing the consequences...thus I would like for myself to be the only one capable of making that decision.

Does anyone know of a quick solution to this? Thank you very much.
